Josh and Liz’s wedding was one of the most chilled weddings that I have ever been a part of. It helped me realise how much taking it easy and making sure that you focus your energy on being present and having fun on your wedding day is so important. Liz was off the bat the most friendly and cheerful human. I knew that we were going to be a great fit the moment she sent through her enquiry and I was right. Her, Josh and I got along like three peas in a pod! (They made room for me…)
They had their reception at one of my favourite wedding venues in Sydney – Cooks Co-Op. If you’re on the hunt for an excellent venue for your wedding ceremony and reception, or even just for the reception, definitely consider checking out this venue! I’ve linked their website below.
Another thing I loved about this day was how beautiful and perfect Liz’s dress was. it was the perfect combination of classy, dazzling and fun. I’ve noted it many many times before, I don’t care much for dresses that limits your movement and makes you feel like you can’t pee the whole day. Most of my clients are people who love adventure and love to run around, and there’ll be some fence-hopping or standing by cliff edges involved – this wedding involving both. Brides – buy a dress that makes you feel like a queen and something you can have a good boogie in. Cause if you can’t have a good time in it, it ain’t worth it! It may look pretty on paper, but it will definitely take away much of your energy and attention from enjoying yourselves if you need to drag it around or need people to carry it for you!
