When Jake and Ineke first emailed me, I pretty much responded staight away as we hit off right off the bat. It was one of those enquiries that made me excited and I didn’t even care if I booked them or not, I was just stoked to be acquainted with awesome people. I love it when I click with couples straight away, because those are my ideal clients and I know I am their ideal photographer when you can talk about your interests, life and Friends (the TV show) after the first enquiry. Even when they told me that I was outside of their budget, we kept talking! I was ecstatic when they got back to me and said they’ve revised their budget so that they could hire me.
Their day was nothing short of laughter, smiles and joy. It was filled with people they love and the most fun bridal party. There were even a few shameless ‘slut drops’.
One of my favorite moments was when Ineke’s grandmother held her hand to her face as she burst into tears as Ineke was walking down thei aisle. It’s truly a special moment that kinda wanted to make me cry, as well.
